How do I add ALT attribute describing a picture for accessibility purposes?

Hi everyone, my organization is trying to get a WCAG certification; when our pdf files are checked for compliance, this comes out: 

"Each image should have an ALT attribute describing the picture, which screen readers can read aloud."

How do I add this ALT attribute in Nitro Pro?
