Balubeto Balubeto
Hi I have Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit with Office 2016.x Plus Professional 64 bit. I installed Nitro Pro Enterprise 11.0.3.173 64 bit and when I try to run an Office product (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), the product freezes when loading the Nitro Pro add-in. How come? Thanks Bye
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted July 19, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted July 19, 2017 You may want to try a repair install: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 I'm on Windows 10 Pro with Office 2016, and I haven't had any issues with the add-ons. If the repair install doesn't work, reach out to support so they can fix the issue for you: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket

Official Nitronaut Leslie Villarin Posted July 26, 2017 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 26, 2017 Hello @Balubeto Balubeto It could be your antivirus that's blocking it. You can try by temporarily disabling your antivirus and try the add-in again. Hope that helps!
