Bence Posted July 10, 2017 Report Share Posted July 10, 2017 (edited) I have installed the PrimoPDF printer on my Windows 7 Ultimate computer. The printer will show in the devices and printers window after install. Once the computer reboots it disappears. Not sure what is happening. The application shows installed in the start menu but I can't get it to show back up as an option to print to. Any suggestions? Unfortunately we no longer support PrimoPDF. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 11, you can download it from here It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a pdf reader. You can learn all about some of the features here Alternatively, if you prefer to keep using PrimoPDF, I recommend making sure you have the latest version from here I hope this helps!
