This just started happening today: If I click on a file folder my PDF files display properly. But, when I create a Nitro PDF file from Word or Excel and then try to add an existing PDF file by clicking Home/PDF/Files/Add Files, no PDFs display in the directory- only Word and Excel files display. Power User Steven Zakulec Posted July 5, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted July 5, 2017 Hi, I tried what you said, and indeed no PDF files will show up- for this function, it only allows non-PDF files (you can choose All files in the drop down, but you'll be converting the PDF to a PDF a second time). If you want to add a second PDF to an existing PDF, use the Combine function instead (right next to PDF on the Home tab). This function allows you all of the same file types as the PDF button, but also allows you to add PDFs without converting them a second time. Hope that helps!
