Activation

So  purchased nitro and installed it on my office computer and my home computer however now my home computer is asking me to activate again and when i do its says that i have used all of my available activation's when i purchased this it said i could install it in up to 10 computers.

Now the biggest problem is i try to contact support but my ticket wont send

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

We had several reports that their copies of Nitro Pro went back to trial after a Windows/security update.

I see that you were able to raise a support ticket successfully and you were able to sort it out.

The ticket was for my first issue i had a while ago how do i sort this out please?
