Change temp files location

We recently changed some Windows user account names and now Nitro Pro 11 is giving them an error because the temp files are getting saved into the users old account folders. Is there an easy way to change where Nitro is wanting to save the temp files?

Thanks for posting on our community forums!
The default folder is under C:\users\your_username\Appdata\local\temp 
Please make sure you update and have the correct username for that folder.

If the issue persists, please submit a ticket and send us a copy of a document your users are working so that I can test on my end (this issue could also be file-specific).
