Guest Mac Posted March 22, 2017 Report Share Posted March 22, 2017 I've tried 4 times to submit a support ticket; 3 times trying to reply to emails wanting me to upgrade. I can't get any help from anyone. There's no way of knowing, except for the fact that I haven't received any reply, that the ticket is even received. Data enter in the support form is gray. There is an issue in Pro11 that's not in Pro10 or 8. Pro11 literally removes same-name fields from a PDF it opens. It does not accept same-name fields. While some 'programmers' seem to thing you 'can't' have same-name functions, it's an impractical view for a PDF fallible form where the same data is required in several places.
