Deepak Posted March 2, 2017 Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 Dear Nitro Team I am not able to activate my Nitro pro 10 on my PC. Currently it is installed in my Laptop and I want to activate in my recently configured PC. But it is giving me error 23, though I am sure I have deactivated Nitro from all my previous computers/laptops. Please help me to activate. Also I have already created case # 00097200 in this regard. I was the one who answered your ticket. I have made some changes on my end for you to be able to successfully activate. Please try to activate again using the same serial number. Cheers!
