jphipps
I have a user that looks at 36" plans all day and needs to be able to print certain views from these larger documents. What is the easiest way for him to select a smaller view from this 36" page and quickly print it to a printer?
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted February 3, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted February 3, 2017 Have you already tried the Zoom function? You can zoom in up to 1600%, and then you can select Print Current View (instead of Print All Pages, the default), which only prints what you currently see on the screen. You can zoom in using CRTL+J or click the + at the bottom right of the screen. You can zoom out using CRTL+K or using the - sign in the bottom right. If that's not what you're looking for, please tell me.
jphipps
Thanks Steve. I was trying that with version 10 and it would not work. I upgraded to version 11 this morning and it is now working like you described. I guess it was a bug in 10. Thanks, Jeff
